CONSULTATION AND DELIVERY:

PRICING & CONSULTATION POLICY

All pricing is subject to change based on product availability and material costs. Pricing includes local delivery within a 10–15 mile radius of our service areas, including Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.

A consultation is required for all service and design inquiries. We charge a $150 consultation fee per hour for in-person consultations. This fee must be paid in advance to secure your appointment. Please note that the consultation fee is separate from service fees and will not be applied toward your final invoice.

We encourage all clients to review our service offerings and pricing prior to scheduling a consultation.

ARTIFICIAL TREE POLICY

Please note that our artificial tree decoration pricing does not include decorations, ornaments, or materials. Clients must provide all items they wish to have placed on their tree. Our pricing reflects the standard service fee for applying these decorations.

If preferred, we are happy to procure decorations, ornaments, and materials on your behalf for an additional fee. We also offer custom tree decorating services, which are fully inclusive. See pricing details for more information.

PARTY PLANNING, FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS, and EVENT RENTALS:

We provide holiday party planning services, floral arrangements, tabletop displays, table linens, garland, and limited event equipment rentals. For pricing and availability please submit an inquiry for service. 

HOLIDAY DECOR + TREE BREAKDOWN COSTS:

HOLIDAY DECOR BREAKDOWN SERVICE:

Clients may choose to have us handle the breakdown of their holiday décor and trees at the end of the season—taking the hassle out of packing up for the next year.

Our breakdown service includes:

  • Tree breakdown

  • One (1) tree bag

  • Careful packing and storage of all decorations and ornaments in the area of your home you designate

Important Notes:

  • Please provide ornament bags, as we do not wrap ornaments or return them to original packaging.

  • With advance notice, we can procure storage bins for ornaments, decorations, and wreaths for an additional fee.

  • Pricing varies based on tree height (see order form for details).

ARTIFICIAL HOLIDAY TREE PRICING:

Our artificial tree pricing is a decorating service for customers that own all of their decorations, ornaments, and required materials needed for us to decorate their tree(s). Below are the tree heights and cost per tree individual tree. After holiday breakdown service is not included in this pricing structure. See pricing order form.

AFTER HOLIDAY BREAKDOWN PRICING:

Breakdown service is for all holiday decor you may book with us. Pricing is based on the size of the tree we previously decorated. Pricing includes a breakdown, (1) tree bag per tree, and we will put away all decorations, etc. Please note our fee is per tree.

CUSTOM TREE PACKAGES:

For many of our clients, this is their first time celebrating a holiday in their homes. All packages includes (1) pre-lit artificial tree (with white lights, holiday ornaments- includes a variety of glass, metal, and soft ornaments to be selected by our designer), premium ribbon (selected by our designer), a tree stand, tree collar, tree topper, tree bag, and ornament storage case(s). Setup and breakdown fees are included in this pricing.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

When processing your order we will email you an invoice from “Square”. You will then have the ease of paying your invoice online or from your mobile device. We charge a 3% credit card processing fee, local tax which defers state by state. You also have the option of paying by cashiers check. We do not accept cash payments

We require a waiver of liability for all orders. We will send you an electronic waiver of liability form to review and sign before service delivery.
